Joseph Dudley, CPA
Joe graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago and started his career with Price Waterhouse where he gained significant experience as an auditor. Subsequently, he joined a firm whose partners were both CPA's and attorneys and he gained significant experience in litigation support, estates and trusts income taxes, in addition to continuing with certified audits for national and international clientele. In the year 2000, he started the firm of DNH Business Consultants, PC.
Diane Dudley, CPA
Diane graduated from Saint Xavier University summa cum laude. She passed the CPA exam the first time while being both a mother and a fulltime employee. She has been a CPA since 1994 and gained excellent experience with a multi office firm before joining DNH Business Consultants. She is a well rounded CPA who enjoys working on corporate clients where she can utilize her accounting, computer and tax background.
Susan Ryba
Sue graduated from Central Michigan University and became a CPA in 1994. She started her career with KPMG, LLP and has 16 years experience in auditing, taxes and other accounting services. Sue is highly motivated and takes pride in completing projects in a timely and efficient manner.
Marina Kladis
Marina, a graduate of DePaul University, is currently getting her masters in accounting and will sit for the CPA exam upon completion of her masters program. She is a bright individual who is able to problem solve and grasps concepts quickly. She has experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, and income taxes.
Brittany Matiasek
Brittany graduated from Northern Illinois University in May of 2008 with a 3.5 grade point average and was an audit intern with KPMG in Chicago. Brittany is an excellent staff member who enjoys audits and assisting clients with various accounting problems.
Candice Nowiszewski
Candice is a recent graduate from Belmont University with a degree in International Business. She is highly motivated and looks forward to applying her technical skills to the accounting field.
Support staff
Kim Miller is our office manager with extensive experience in QuickBooks, payroll, payroll taxes and sales tax. In addition, Wendy Miller is our office assistant responsible for client communications, bookkeeping, payroll taxes, sales tax, and various office procedures.
